This is a change of use application from the former Red Dog retail shop/music studios and practice rooms at 1 Grassmarket Edinburgh EH1 2HY, to a mixed use class 1 retail, class 2 office and class 3 restaurant at and application for internal and external alterations

The retail is classified as food with 170 trading spaces. This suggests it is envisaged as a takeaway selling hot food given that it is separate from the restaurant which extends over two floors. However, it is difficult to comment on the application owing to the lack of detail given on the form.
