Creating Safer Spaces is a series of interventions aimed at making it easier and safer for pedestrians and cyclists to move around the City.
This morning, the City of Edinburgh Council circulated a Briefing Note and Frequently Asked Questions about these interventions. These are attached.
The Briefing Note says that “on 29 May we launched the Commonplace mapping tool, which, throughout June, will allow residents to highlight ‘pinch points’ where emergency measures could help people maintain physical distancing safely on foot, bike or wheelchair.”
Please visit here and comment before 29th June.
